Job summary

First American is seeking an Exchange Manager for the National Commercial Services team in Florida to oversee profitability and align branch goals with company objectives. You will coach staff, manage workflows, and drive performance across the geographic area.

You will build relationships with brokers, real estate agents, tax advisors, and attorneys to develop new business while ensuring accurate handling of 1031 transactions and compliance with established practices.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of directly related 1031 exchange experience.
• 1-3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch profitability and communicates company goals.
• Leads and develops exchange personnel; coaching and training.
• Develops new and repeat business through brokers, real estate agents, and tax advisors.
• Manages 1031 exchange transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides guidance on services, policies, and transactions.
