Jacobs is seeking a Tool Install Construction Coordinator to drive field coordination for semiconductor tool installs in live facilities. You will own deployment activities, lead POR reviews, and coordinate with trades to protect schedules while maintaining safety and quality.

Formación

• 4+ years construction experience.
• Experience coordinating with trades contractors to meet milestones.
• Experience in client-facing roles managing expectations.
• Familiarity with reading/interpreting design packages for install of semiconductor tooling and systems.
• Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate Tool Install project deployment and installation activities, collaborating with construction trades to ensure alignment with project schedules, site readiness, and safety requirements while minimizing impact to live facilities.
• Lead project status meetings and stakeholder discussions to review Plan of Record (POR) dates, track deliverables, and communicate schedule updates across project teams.
• Analyze project timelines, installation sequences, and resource availability to support effective planning and enable trade partners to allocate resources efficiently.
• Review design packages, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure stakeholders have accurate information for installation, demolition, and construction planning.
• Track project progress and maintain status reporting tools to provide leadership with updates on milestones, risks, and schedule changes.
• Coordinate daily field execution activities with construction trades, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve constraints and maintain safe and efficient installation progress.
• Identify potential schedule conflicts, constructability challenges, and installation risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and take preventative actions.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between design engineering, construction management, vendors, and client teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture in the field, ensuring work is executed in accordance with site standards, procedures, and best practices.
