Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate Tool Install project deployment and installation activities, collaborating with trades to align with schedules and safety requirements.
• Lead project status meetings and stakeholder discussions to review POR dates, track deliverables, and communicate schedule updates across project teams.
• Analyze timelines, installation sequences, and resources to support planning and enable partners to allocate resources efficiently.
• Review design packages, drawings, and docs to ensure accurate information for installation, demolition, and construction planning.
• Track progress and maintain status reporting tools to provide leadership with milestone and risk updates.
• Coordinate daily field execution with trades, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve constraints and maintain progress.
• Identify schedule conflicts and installation risks, developing mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between design engineering, construction management, vendors, and client teams to drive delivery.
• Promote safety and quality culture in the field, ensuring work complies with site standards and procedures.
