• Qualify opportunities from both technical and business perspectives and prepare quotes with pricing and delivery details.
• Coordinate order initiation through shipment with manufacturing, engineering, quality control, and planning teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate forecasts of product/volume mix and support promotional and communication strategies.
