Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager (Semiconductor) in the Austin area to lead service operations for photolithography products. You will manage field service teams, handle escalated issues, and drive process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience with leadership of 2+ employees, budget oversight, and travel up to 50% including overnight assignments. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of related experience with management of 2+ full-time employees.
• Semiconductor industry experience or product support field service is helpful.
• Experience analyzing and managing budgets and revenue forecasts across multiple accounts.
• MS Office and Google Workspace experience; ServiceMax is a plus.
• May require travel up to 50% including overnight travel.
• Driver's license and clean driving record; compliance with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Canon support teams / service department daily functions to ensure clients receive technical support.
• Respond to escalated customer issues and allocate resources across sites or Japan.
• Implement and revise customer support processes and policies to improve satisfaction.
• Identify additional sales opportunities for service products (parts, contracts) and manage the sales process.
• Lead team training, performance evaluations, and budgeting oversight.
• Travel weekly to customer sites and provide detailed reports for improvement.
