Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in semiconductor industry with capital equipment.
• 5+ years of leadership managing technical teams or service orgs.
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing customers in service/operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex relationships.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Operations Managers, Field Service Managers, and Field Service Engineers for strategic semiconductor customers.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and accountability.
• Develop strong customer relationships at operational and executive levels.
• Serve as the primary service escalation point for critical issues and business concerns.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Lead workforce planning to align with customer demand and growth.
• Develop leadership and technical talent through coaching and mentoring.
• Partner with Product Units, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Support teams to drive outcomes.
• Monitor service metrics and customer feedback to improve performance.
• Drive service excellence through process improvements and resource optimization.
