Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a senior service operations leader in San Jose to oversee regional support for photolithography products. You will direct field service teams, drive customer satisfaction, and implement scalable support processes while managing budgets and resources.

The role requires substantial travel (up to 50%); a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in related fields and two direct reports are expected. Hybrid work applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in related roles and two+ direct reports.
• Semiconductor product support and field service helpful.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting across multiple accounts.
• MS Office and Google Workspace proficiency preferred.
• ServiceMax experience a plus.
• Travel up to 50% and valid driver's license required; driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Canon support teams to assist clients with technical products.
• Respond to escalated issues and allocate resources across sites.
• Implement and improve customer support processes.
• Formulate and revise support policies and ensure adoption.
• Identify sales opportunities for service products and manage the sales process.
• Update team on product information, procedures and trends.
• Analyze support data and prepare improvement reports.
• Oversee staff training, evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Manage budgets as appropriate.
• Travel weekly to customer sites.
