Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with semiconductor device background.
• 0-3 years in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to electrical signals from Si-based devices and connect to process conditions.
• Lead teams of process module engineers to resolve yield and parametric problems.
• Optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Interpret SEM, TEM, and EDX analyses to identify root causes of electrical signals in devices.
• Transfer Si semiconductor processes between facilities and to larger wafer diameters.
• Collaborate with Product and Defect engineering to identify yield limiters.
