Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Camas, WA is seeking a senior process engineer to lead Dry Etch, Wet Etch, and Clean development in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

You will design and execute DOE and SPC programs to improve process capability, yield, throughput, and cost efficiency while mentoring engineers and technicians. The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor processing, strong problem solving, and the ability to transfer new toolsets across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in direct semiconductor industry experience.
• SME with Dry and Wet Etch, Clean process technologies.
• Ability to transfer technology and qualify complex toolsets.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, throughput and engineering statistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead DOE and SPC initiatives to improve process capability and product quality.
• Develop, execute, and analyze DoE studies for process optimization.
• Lead cross-functional projects to ensure manufacturability and production readiness.
• Provide mentoring to engineers and manufacturing personnel and support safety/quality goals.
