Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support development, optimization, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will work with engineering, operations, quality, and manufacturing teams to improve process performance, product quality, yield, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, documentation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams, with opportunities in NPI and process transfers.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and improve yield.
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals and process improvement.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specs.
  • Effective cross-functional communication within teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve manufacturing and production processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and root causes for yield gains.
  • Collaborate with Design, Operations, Quality, and Test Eng teams.
  • Support process qualification, validation, and production readiness.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
  • Assist with NPI, transfers, and scale-up activities.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues.
