Job summary

You will work on day-to-day manufacturing issues and long-term improvement projects in a hands-on role. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, Physics, or a related field.
  • No prior internship experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform, direct, and coordinate installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of wet etch and solvent strip tools.
  • Work with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and chemical delivery systems.
  • Analyze equipment uptime metrics and develop improvement plans.
  • Write and edit equipment maintenance and repair specifications.
  • Design, prototype, and deploy equipment upgrades.
  • Develop training plans for technicians on tool maintenance.
