Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Lead or coordinate large projects with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R&D.
• Analyze E-test, product yield, and process data to identify trends and root causes.
• Apply SPC, DOE, and data analytics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Support technology transfer, qualification, ramp-up, and production transition.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and management audiences.
