Manufacturing & Technology, Inc. leads a project in New Albany, Ohio to construct a semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role oversees a team of superintendents and craft professionals, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and safety programs to deliver on budget and timeline.

You will manage field operations, ensure resource availability, and uphold company standards while guiding team development and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct craft labor and subcontractor teams, ensuring safe and efficient execution of daily work.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination, ensuring alignment with project expectations.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and contract formation/negotiation.
• Develop 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule and ensure materials, tools, and resources are available on site.
• Review timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress payment requests.
• Ensure operations comply with specifications, schedules, and budgets and enforce safety policies.
