Job summary

Bechtel is assembling a project team in New Albany, Ohio to manage a semiconductor manufacturing plant construction. You will oversee subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to align with schedules and safety standards.

In this role, you will supervise field operations, validate temporary facilities layouts, monitor staffing against the plan, and ensure cost and schedule targets are met while maintaining high construction quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of EPC and EPCM construction programs, technologies, means and methods in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of supervisory functions relating to construction field activities.
• Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) and commitment to a Zero Accident safety program.
• Extensive experience in the construction management of EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job-site operations for Bechtel, subcontractors, and clients within the area of responsibility.
• Approve layout of temporary construction facilities and ensure safety program compliance.
• Monitor staffing, budget, and schedule performance against plan.
• Ensure quality of work meets project requirements and review designs for constructability.
