Job summary

Han’s Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd seeks a Technical Business Development Manager to grow semiconductor packaging and test equipment business from our San Jose office. You will bridge customers, channel partners, and product teams to turn technical needs into practical solutions.

You will engage OSATs, IDMs, and foundries across North America and other key markets, lead presentations and evaluations, and drive the full sales process from initial engagement through contract execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Direct experience with semiconductor packaging and/or test equipment.
• Experience in applications engineering, product management, or technical sales.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for semiconductor packaging and test equipment in NA and other markets.
• Translate customer requirements into equipment configurations with engineering and product teams.
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, feasibility discussions, and evaluations.
• Support the complete sales process from technical evaluations to contract execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor packaging and test technology trends and provide actionable insights.
• Represent Han’s Laser at workshops, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and China.
