HEIDENHAIN North America in Fremont, CA seeks a Business Development Associate focused on the Semiconductor and Electronics market. You will drive yearly sales initiatives, support a diverse product range, and collaborate with a focused sales team to push growth in this strategic segment.

The role requires 1–3 years in semiconductor sales, strong presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience at a motion related company in the semiconductor space.
• Knowledge of semiconductor market space.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• Presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop yearly sales initiatives and provide updates on progress.
• Participate in joint customer visits with the sales team to uncover opportunities.
• Support internal processes within the Semiconductor market to drive growth.
• Create prospecting research and marketing materials, and track projects to completion.
• Be a resource for in-depth knowledge of HEIDENHAIN products related to Electronics/Semiconductor.
