Job summary

TechInsights in Denver (Greenwood Village) seeks a Semiconductor Materials Segment Leader to own end-to-end growth for this strategic business. You will set the segment strategy, pricing, and packaging, and drive measurable ARR growth by expanding markets and propelling new product initiatives.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive teams, building trusted relationships with customers and industry leaders.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading major client engagements and growth strategy work.
• Semiconductor, materials, or adjacent tech experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology markets, customer economics, and value chains.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive fact-based recommendations.
• Track record of moving from strategy to execution with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Materials segment strategy and growth plan, including ARR targets and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and commercial models based on customer value and market dynamics.
• Build a market view: segment opportunities, high-value targets, and competitive positioning.
• Lead strategic accounts and identify high-value new-logo opportunities with Sales.
• Engage with senior executives to understand needs and create new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and BD on demand-generation to improve conversion to revenue.
• Define how existing content and data can become differentiated Materials segment products.
• Shape product roadmap priorities with Product and Research based on strategic impact.
• Identify inorganic growth opportunities and build the business case.
