Qnity in Wilmington, Delaware seeks an Advanced Packaging Metallization Segment Leader to drive growth in the advanced packaging market. This hybrid role collaborates with sales, product management, R&D, and marketing to expand market share and strengthen customer relationships.

Requires 10+ years in semiconductors and 5+ years in advanced packaging (WLP, FO, 2.5D/3D). Strong strategic, marketing, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science) or related field.
• 10+ years in the semiconductor industry including OEMs, Foundries, OSATs or related tech orgs.
• Minimum 5 years in advanced packaging technologies: WLP, FO, 2.5D/3D, and heterogeneous integration.
• Experience in product marketing, business development, product management, or sales.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies driving revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify, prioritize, and lead strategic opportunities, new product initiatives, and market development.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, tech roadmaps, and competitive activity to guide strategy.
• Lead Voice of Customer initiatives to uncover unmet needs and future growth opportunities.
• Translate industry trends and customer requirements into material and solution strategies.
• Monitor market indicators and business metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, and tech teams to commercialize initiatives.
• Support digital marketing and thought leadership to boost brand visibility.
