Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/related engineering or physics.
• 5+ years in semiconductor as analog fab product/yield engineer.
• Understanding of Fab Unit Processing for EOL device performance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production issues and wafer probe, including low-yield analysis and disposition.
• Liaise with product engineering on test programs and hardware improvements.
• Engage in productivity projects, including yield improvement and final test.
• Support new product release and vigorous buyoff for new test systems.
• Lead and support product quality issues during manufacturing.
