Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a skilled Product Test Technician to join our team in a cleanroom environment. You will interface with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved effectively and efficiently, providing process and product support and addressing production concerns.

As part of the team, you will monitor and audit line operators, support probe card maintenance, and contribute to yield analysis and lot disposition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
• Willingness to work 12-hour compressed shifts including day or night.

Responsibilities

• Test Program & Process Management: manage, troubleshoot, and enhance parametric test programs for stability and efficiency.
• Production & Floor Support: provide immediate technical support on the probe floor to resolve disruptions.
• Yield Analysis & Lot Disposition: evaluate lots, determine re-probe requirements or potential scrap.
• Reliability & Specialized Testing: support reliability protocols including VSM, 100% probing, pre-/post-bake, and thermal soak cycles.
