Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product engineering role within the semiconductor industry.
• 5+ years of experience working on 300mm technologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Mbayse, Spotfire, Sherlock, JMP, Excel, and statistical analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Yield optimization: analyze production yield issues to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• New product launch: qualify and release new products to production, ensuring smooth design-to-manufacturing transition.
• Production support: address daily production challenges including low yield disposition and process troubleshooting.
• Continuous improvement: lead productivity, cost reduction, and quality initiatives across production.
• Data-driven insights: use Spotfire, Mbayse, Dataware, JMP and production data to guide decisions.
• Design collaboration: work with design teams on product simulation and silicon debug.
• Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with business units to drive yield improvements.
• Failure analysis: work with labs to drive root-cause analyses.
