Texas Instruments Incorporated in Utah seeks a Manufacturing Product Engineer to join TI's Career Accelerator Program (CAP) in Lehi. You will interface with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing engineering to solve production issues and develop process improvements for a new product introduction.

The role emphasizes yield optimization, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and quality in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Yield Optimization: analyze production yield issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• New Product Launch: collaborate with Business Units to qualify and release new products to production.
• Production Support: address daily production challenges including yield disposition and process troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement: lead productivity, cost reduction, and quality initiatives across the production process.
• Data-Driven Insights: use production data to guide engineering decisions and improvements.
• Design Collaboration: work with design teams on product simulation, verification and silicon debug.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: liaise with product engineering teams to drive yield improvements through test program optimization and hardware enhancements.
