Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 2 years of semiconductor industry experience as a Product Engineer, Yield Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze yield data and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Yield Optimization: analyze production yield issues and identify root causes; implement corrective actions to improve product performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• New Product Launch: collaborate with business units to qualify and release new products to production.
• Production Support: address daily production challenges, including low yield disposition and process troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement: lead initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Data-Driven Insights: use statistical tools and production data to guide engineering decisions.
• Design Collaboration: work with design teams on product simulation and verification, including silicon debugging.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: liaise with product engineering teams to drive yield improvements through test program optimization and hardware enhancements.
