• Lead wafer fabrication process improvements and tool selections to optimize yield and throughput.
• Assist with installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment; support process setup and training.
• Collaborate with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing teams to resolve product issues and drive improvements.
• Support new product introductions and production ramp for products moved from design to in-house or outsourced production.
