Job summary

• Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe, including low yield analysis and disposition, and setup failure debug/analysis and resolution (hardware and software).
• Provide detailed analytical studies on issues and liaise with product engineering for improvements (test program, hardware, setup, etc.).
• Engage in productivity improvement projects, including yield improvement, test time reduction, and tester changes.
• Support new product releases from development to production, performing buyoffs for new test systems per manufacturing requirements.
• Lead and support introduction of new tools, equipment, or test processes to manufacturing for new product releases.
