Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Production Engineer to drive new product introduction and production support for assigned products. You will collaborate with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing teams to resolve issues, drive yield improvements and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience as a Product Engineer at wafer/device level.
  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field.
  • Masters degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily production issues on test floor and wafer probe; analyze yield and disposition failures.
  • Provide analytical studies and coordinate with product engineering for improvements.
  • Lead productivity and yield improvement projects and test time reductions.
  • Support new product releases and perform rigorous buyoffs for test systems.
  • Lead introduction of new tool/equipment/test processes and manage qualification changes.
