Job summary

Qualifications

Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Develop Team Leads, technicians, and specialists through coaching and development.
Translate objectives into priorities and actionable goals for teams.
Drive staffing, capability development, and succession planning.
Ensure readiness for new product introductions and ramp-ups.
Lead continuous improvement to boost safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and customer support.
