Job summary

ASML in San Diego is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager to lead a quality team and advance the quality of DUV systems. You will guide data-driven improvements, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure adherence to strict quality protocols in a cleanroom environment.

Onsite 100% during shifts, you will drive performance, development, and customer success across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field such as electrical/mechanical/manufacturing engineering or equivalent with strong hands-on experience.
• Ten years of experience in manufacturing quality/related areas with team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors in a semiconductor manufacturing setting.
• Drive quality roadmap and KPIs, reporting progress and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives with other departments.
• Manage audits, customer concerns, and quality protocol adherence.
• Develop and deliver quality programs and training.
