Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant direct work experience.
• 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex manufacturing operations with efficiency and cost improvements.
• Strong proficiency in Lean manufacturing with Kaizen and 5S methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to manage diverse teams and drive cultural change.
• Strong analytical skills to translate production data into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Workflow coordination to track production against schedules and address bottlenecks.
• Resource allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to meet targets.
• Scheduling: adjust production plans for priorities and maintenance.
• Quality Assurance: enforce quality procedures with QA team to reduce defects.
• Safety Leadership: enforce health and safety regulations and train staff.
• 5S Culture: implement 5S daily routines and coordinate audits.
• People Management: lead supervisors and operators, set priorities and review performance.
• Skill Development: identify gaps and design targeted training.
• Performance Coaching: provide feedback to meet productivity goals.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Operational Efficiency: reduce cycle times, waste, and costs while ensuring quality.
• Data-Driven Reporting: maintain records and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Eng, Maintenance, and Quality to implement new tech.
