Qualifications

• Sustaining and improving processes in high-volume manufacturing.
• Expertise in monitoring, controlling, and troubleshooting yield problems.
• Experience installing/qualifying new tools and process technologies.
• Experience supporting process and technology transfers.
• Troubleshooting task forces and developing recurrence-proof solutions.
• Collaborating with Integration and Quality to meet qualification and reliability requirements.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma processes.

Responsibilities

• Sustain, improve, and develop processes in a volume manufacturing facility; partner with Operations, Equipment Engineering Support, Integration, and R&D to deliver products on time to customer specification.
• Interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve processes and procedures company-wide; create/modify operations specifications.
