Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management preferred; exceptions for strong experience.
• 5 years of hands-on equipment maintenance in a semiconductor fab; 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor process tools and subsystems.
• Ability to work in a full cleanroom and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 25+ technician team across all toolsets in the fab.
• Coordinate daily PM schedules and urgent maintenance actions.
• Enforce LOTO, PPE, OSHA standards, and hazardous material handling.
• Recruiting & staffing coordination with equipment engineering.
