Job summary

Silicon Desert Staffing is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee field service operations in the semiconductor space. You will manage field service engineers, lead shift teams, and own service performance for key customer accounts, driving reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will report operational data, implement KPIs, and communicate service outcomes to fab customers while handling escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or military.
• Proven experience managing field service engineers, leading shift or site teams, and owning service operations for a customer account.
• Ability to report service data and implement KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field service engineering activities for sub-fab equipment, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Lead customer-facing service delivery.
• Report operational data.
• Implement and track KPIs.
