Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Site Lead to oversee service operations for a major semiconductor account. You will manage a team of field service engineers and serve as the primary customer-facing leader, owning escalations and driving operational excellence on-site at a Chandler, AZ facility.

The role emphasizes people leadership, customer management, and coordination of installations, upgrades, and ongoing support, with a focus on contract execution and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, equipment, or cleanroom experience.
• Direct people management, team lead, or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in a fab environment.
• Strong customer-facing leadership skills and ability to manage escalations.
• Experience driving team performance, training, development, and accountability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fab operations, procedures, and service requirements.
• Comfortable being the senior on-site leader responsible for operational success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 6-10 service engineers.
• Act as the primary customer relationship owner for the site.
• Manage Level 1 and Level 2 service escalations through resolution.
• Drive customer satisfaction, service delivery, and contract execution.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers while identifying skill gaps and training needs.
• Allocate resources for installations, upgrades, and ongoing support activities.
