WGNSTAR in Hillsboro, OR seeks an experienced Operations Leader to coordinate all account activity and manage on-site operations. You will report performance KPIs, mentor teams, and safeguard health, safety, and costs while liaising with customers.

The role requires 5+ years in semiconductors and 3+ years in a managerial capacity overseeing Fab personnel, with travel as needed. Excellent English communication is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 3+ years in a management role supervising personnel in a Fab environment.
• Ability to travel locally and domestically to customer sites.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main contact for customers and coordinate all account activity.
