Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III to support semiconductor tools and equipment for our high-tech clients. This role requires frequent company-paid travel to customer sites and involves installation, maintenance, and upgrades of critical equipment.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent technical training with 3–5 years in semiconductors, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with CMP tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
• 3–5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CMP tools (Ebara/AMAT/SpeedFam/IPEC/TEL/LAM/Verteq) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Provide clear communication to coworkers, subcontractors, and clients.
