KLA is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to deliver on-site and remote service for advanced equipment at customer facilities in Beaverton, OR. You’ll diagnose, repair, and optimize semiconductor inspection tools, coordinating with installation teams and documenting field activity.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to travel to customer sites. Base pay reflects market ranges and benefits are included.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required; 0 years experience ok for entry level.
• Ability to understand and diagnose software/electronics and electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as needed.

Mansioni

• Base location Beaverton, OR; service at customer sites and in-office as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex capital equipment in field/service.
• Repair and modify equipment; provide diagnostics and field service reports.
• Prepare quotes based on labor, travel, and parts; support installation engineers.
