Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system-level issues.
• Experience with electromechanical equipment in a cleanroom.
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair system-level problems based on technical knowledge.
• Prepare field service reports and quotes for customers.
• Cross-train and assist other field service engineers.
• Provide guidance to Installation Engineers on site installations.
• Travel to customer facilities and support across regions.
