Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent and 0 years related work experience or military equivalent.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Comfort with operating in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for advanced KLA products at customer sites and trade shows.
• Diagnose and repair complex capital equipment and maintain PM schedules.
• Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports and assist other field service engineers as needed.
• Provide guidance to Installation Engineers and less senior CSEs.
