Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of work experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Able to travel frequently, domestically and internationally; willing to work various shifts including overtime.
• Able to work in a clean room environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for quality repair, maintenance service, and full installation/relocation start-up services at customer sites.
• Analyze and solve problems acrossLam products to the component level.
• Coordinate and run customer meetings (executive and technical) and generate reports.
• Provide technical instruction, leadership, and mentoring for junior engineers.
• Own customer KPIs and lead improvements to meet goals.
