Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Semiconductor Maintenance Technician specialized in Etch/Metals for our Chandler, AZ facility. The role involves performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fab metals/etch equipment, including LAM 4420/4520i, Gasonics 3500 and PEP 3510 Ashers, and Applied Materials Endura 5500/Centura 5200 systems.

Qualifications

Experience with scheduled and unscheduled semiconductor maintenance functions.
Education preferred: AA/AS/AAS in electronics or related discipline.
Knowledge of SPC, 5S, and FDC systems.
Ability to read and write documentation and train others.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Metals/Etch equipment area.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems.
Execute scheduled maintenance and change consumables as needed.
Complete documentation and train others; interface with internal/external groups to meet safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
