Qualifications

• Associate Degree or military electronics/electrical/mechanical/nuclear experience required
• 2+ years experience with LAM, Mattson, KLA, and TEL preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on semiconductor equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Work closely with Equipment Engineers and the area Manager/Group Leader to identify and resolve equipment and process-related issues in support of production goals.
• Participate in area shift pass-down activities and manage workload according to priorities set by production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on Dry Etch area systems.
• Participate in ERT/Safety events.
