Job summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor-related equipment in the fab and plating areas. The role requires independence in a matrix organization and a strong focus on safety and environmental health compliance.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of hands-on maintenance experience with semiconductor equipment, cleanroom controls, and vacuum systems, plus solid computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 4-6 years' experience in performing preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor related equipment.
• Proficient with semiconductor processes and cleanroom controls.
• Familiar with vacuum systems.
• Must have good computer, written and oral skills.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity are required.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Must be willing to work some weekends, alternating coverage with other maintenance techs.

Responsibilities

• Preventative and corrective maintenance on fab/plating area tool sets, including component disassembly/assembly/repair.
• Identify needed parts for repairs / preventive maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance as instructed by the CMMS.
• Complete work orders in the specified time, directed by the CMMS.
• Keep work area clean and presentable while performing assigned tasks.
• Lock/Out Tag Out of equipment when necessary or instructed by Manager.
• Maintain written logs of maintenance and repairs in our online system.
• Ensure facility maintenance requirements are consistently met.
• Promptly respond to facilities related issues and ensure effective resolution.
