Perform advanced repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance on Dry Etch equipment.
Lead evaluation of equipment conditions and maintenance requirements to maximize uptime.
Interface with Production and Engineering to resolve process issues and guide technicians.
Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians and lead shift activities.
Work independently on complex tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
