Job summary

You will drive global standardization across sites, analyze big data outputs, and communicate strategic priorities within and across the organization while ensuring safe, compliant operations.

This role requires a B.S. in engineering and hands-on experience with scheduling, Lean/JIT, and programming in C#/Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in capacity modelling and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with C/C#, Python, and UI/UX interfaces.
• Familiar with linear regression and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and JIT scheduling.
• Telecommuting permitted <50% within the same location.
