Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Master's degree or Doctorate may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• 5–7 years experience in Supply Chain, Business Operations or Industrial Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end oversight of foundry capacity planning and forecasting for assigned suppliers and geometries.
• Develop wafer start schedules that optimize capacity utilization and minimize inventory exposure.
• Collaborate with sourcing, planning, finance, and business units to secure and utilize foundry capacity.
• Monitor evolving customer requirements and assess the organization’s ability to meet them.
• Provide in-depth data analysis and actionable recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
• Communicate clearly across all levels in a global operating environment.
• Contribute to automation initiatives, including rapid response improvements and Tableau reporting.
• Support strategic planning and implementation of technology applications for global planning processes.
• Develop key metrics and analytics to strengthen supply chain infrastructure.
