Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks and apply problem-solving methodologies to boost productivity, cycle time, and on-time delivery.
• Provide support for capacity planning and loading at the Newport Beach Fab.
• Propose, evaluate, and apply real-time production dispatch algorithms adapting to volume, timing, and mix.
• Maintain inputs to capacity models: units/hour, availability, efficiency.
• Assist in capacity model maintenance and cycle time analysis.
