Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, product, or process development.
• 3+ years in program or technical project management delivering complex programs to completion.
• Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Excel).
• Experience with OSAT suppliers and automotive development flows (AEC-Q100, PPAP/APQP).
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional engineering programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in global, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution across silicon, IP, and package development.
• Develop integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, risks.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across IP, design, packaging, manufacturing, QA.
• Establish execution discipline and KPI-driven governance.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and escalation.
• Provide data-driven status reporting to leadership and exec reviews.
