Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland/Philadelphia area is seeking a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to support SEM, SEO, and AI optimization across properties. You will help manage paid search campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to content and testing strategies.

You’ll partner with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, analyze data, and drive growth through test-and-learn opportunities while staying current with AI trends.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Media relations or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4; Certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years managing search campaigns for a business or agency.
• 2–4+ years total work experience in a business or agency setting.
• Experience independently managing paid search campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience with reports in Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise-level paid search campaigns including bid management and budgeting.
• Perform keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies.
• Assist in paid search strategies and testing projects.
• Support SEO projects and site redesigns with SEO best practices.
• Monitor SEO performance using Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business goals and present findings.
• Mentor teams on SEM/SEO best practices and explore AI optimization opportunities.
