Digital Marketing Manager on paid search, keyword strategy, and content optimization while leveraging data analytics to drive growth. The role emphasizes AI-driven improvements, testing, and cross-property collaboration, with a focus on transparency and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• GA4 certification is a plus and preferred.
• 2–3 years managing search campaigns; 2–4+ years in business or agency setting.
• Strong report-building in Google Analytics 4 and Ads Editor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid search account management with Sr. Digital Marketing Manager.
• Execute daily bid management, budgeting, forecasting, and testing.
• Develop SEO initiatives with internal teams during site changes.
• Collaborate with digital media agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates on SEM best practices and certifications.
