Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to lead SEO, SEM and affiliate programs from our Columbus office. You will own the SEO strategy, manage vendor relations with Microsoft Advertising, BrightEdge, Yext and Yelp, and drive paid search and affiliate initiatives with data-driven testing.

You will mentor a small team, collaborate with product and IT for CMS updates, and report KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
4-6 years of relevant experience.
Experience managing local listings in Google Business Profiles or related platforms.
Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
1-3 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, own and plan the SEO program through strategic initiatives and updates.
Plan, execute and lead reputation management for owned properties.
Own and manage vendor relationships with Microsoft reps, BrightEdge, Yext and Yelp.
Grow and optimize paid search program through testing and optimization.
Lead and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration and growth.
Collaborate with product/IT on CMS updates and tests.
Proactively seek expansion and optimization opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies.
